If you already have an apprentice with Mas, you can make use of our wide range of support services. Get professional advice and support throughout the Apprenticeship journey, including assistance with any issues that arise or providing your apprentice with extra mentorship. 

If it’s additional business support services you need, Mas can help. We partner with various organisations across Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania and Queensland to deliver services such as small business support, workplace health and safety checks and strategic human resource support.

I have an Apprentice but I’m not yet using Mas’ services 

If you have a current or prospective apprentice candidate but aren’t using Mas’ services, there’s plenty we can do to help. To legally employ an apprentice, you must use an Australian Apprenticeship Support Services (AASS) provider. This helps ensure that you are following the Australian Government’s standards for Apprenticeships. 

AASS Providers like Mas offer support services at no cost to you, including mentoring, advice and administrative support. The Australian Government contracts Mas as an AASS provider in New South Wales, Queensland, Australian Capital Territory, South Australia and Tasmania. 

We’ll help you do everything by the book and will provide key workforce development opportunities to help your business grow and flourish.

I have a potential apprentice that hasn’t started yet 

If you’ve got an apprentice that hasn’t started yet, partner with Mas to remove the stress of managing the process. Our hassle-free services make hiring and managing an apprentice easy. We’ll connect you to a Registered Training Organisation (RTO),  where you’ll create a training plan for your apprentice. 

Our services make every stage of the journey easy, from the initial consultation and claiming any relevant incentives to completion. Once we’ve helped you onboard your new apprentice, you’ll get ongoing placement management and support to make it a great experience for you and your employees.
